Discovered that of all the sports I had ever tried, I was really really good at lifting weights.
Why I Love It:
Lifting is about the process. I actually love the act of lifting, the results are secondary. Although I love having muscle, it's just a bi-product of picking up that iron and putting it back down.
How I Stay Motivated:
Cause I am miserable when I backslide.
BB Accomplishments:
Lifting heavier than 75% of the "men" at my gym.
