How I Started:
i was a chubby tween then when I was 13 i went to a military school, did my first push ups and bear crawls, and from that point on I developed a passion for health and fitness.
Why I Love It:
Ephesians 2:10 (New International Version) 10For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do I love it because I know it is pleasing to God and I enjoy living healthy; and it is true, "you reap what you sow".. in other words it can be very rewarding. Physically I feel totally capable of handling myself in almost any situation that comes my way. Sports are much more enjoyable and staying competitive is never a problem.
How I Stay Motivated:
The motivation was only needed in the very beginning it has now become more like routine and really just, A PART OF LIFE.
BB Accomplishments:
being fit Being able to share it (knowledge of health & fitness) as much as I can with my neighbors (meaning everyone I come across who is interested)

BEACH IS OK TODAY MEN'S HEALTH COVER IS GOAL TOMOR #2
GOAL IS THE 6-PACK & V-SHAPE LOWER ABS
After low calorie day. 2200 about 157lbs i'm trying to loose the bottom "pooch" but I know its the last to go, and it is where my body decides to store all my bak la va's and pineapple upside down and rum cake... ughhh always happy but still working hard.
