How I Started:
As a youngster i was always getting into trouble and a coach made me promise to stay out of trouble in order for me to play football!! that was a major turn around for my life i also started lifting about the samr time (the seventh grade) stuck with it every since.. just started bodybuilding about a yr ago when i saw the john sherman classic and said" I can do this" and been determined to make it "BIG" every since.

i like to do skull crushers (french curls) after a warmup. then i go straight into cable reverse grip pushdowns. and i finish up with some single arm action..kickbacks.

START WITH SOME REGULAR DUMBELL CURLS, THEN GO DIRECTLY INTO HAMMER CURLS, REVERSE CURLS, PREACHER,OVERHEAD CABLE CURLS AND FINISH UP WITH A GOOD SET OF 21'S...

Yeah I need to come train at yer gym, never been to golds conroe. I rate myself in powerlifting damn good on state level, but got a ways to go if I want to do national level.
