I started weight lifting seriously with my football team in High School. We had a small team and being big in the weightroom was our only edge on the competition. I joined the Marines right after my senior year and havent lifted much since. BUT, I working on getting back in to it.
Why I Love It:
Being in shape makes me feel better, look better, and makes me better at my job as a Marine.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out with friends helps us push eachother and drag one another to the gym when we dont feel like going.

I feel ya on trying to get to the gym after a full day of work in the Marines. Keep it up and the gains will come with time, I think that BSN stack works really well. Have fun in Oki.
