How I Started:
Working out for hockey and got addicted to the gym. I've learned a ton about nutrition and continued to see results.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel after a workout. Not to mention lookin good is feelin good. It also gives me a great way to channel a lot of aggression out. Working out is an amazing stress reliever from the daily grind. **Better than any antidepressent**
How I Stay Motivated:
I will always remember the way I used to see and feel about myself... I will never go back. I will be fit for the rest of my life.
BB Accomplishments:
I wanted to compete as a teen. I finally did May of 2008. I won the teen division, best legs in teen division, the novice division, as well as 3rd overall. It wasnt the size of the show that I was proud of, but it was accomplishing the goal that I was proud of.
Yep, i do low reps/heavy weights. I thought about alternating and doing one week of high reps/light weights. I heard it will help the cuts in the legs. What do you think? I thought high reps was for just toning.
Its going good, i worked shoulders today. They were feeling GOOD! I went up 5lbs on the upright rows. it was kicking my butt, but i got through it! How is your training coming along?
