Overall Goal: 2008 show season is done. I did not place at the shows the way I wanted to but nonetheless gained more insight to peaking which is a strong WIN! I will only do one show next year...Yorton Cup. Amatuer or Pro...I can't decide.

Started out being the smallest guy of the class kind of thing. Continued working out 5-6 days weekly throughout high school and college. Got a little more serious in '99 when I was introduced to the body for life program by bill Phillips. From there I met a guy who got me into actual body building contests. From there the stage has been an exciting second home. In 2005 I competed in the NPA and won my first show in the Light Heavy Weight class. At my 2nd show I won the overall show. And at my 3rd show I placed 2nd in the Light Heavy Weight class. That was all in 2005. 2006-2008 I have continued to compete winning my Pro Card in the NPA and learning more about my body for peak week. I look for to another exciting year. I also look forward to representing TFB at he Yorton Cup in November.
Why I Love It:
It's my time. I de-stress, have time to seriously think about issues in my life whether that be work or personal. And I don't mind playing around with 500lbs on the squat and deadlifts either :D
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by encouragement from those closest to me. I am self driven for perfection so it's not my state of mind not to eat clean and workout..just won't happen. Preparing for shows, competeing and watching my body change during those 12 weeks is also motivating.
BB Accomplishments:
-2005 NPA State 1st Place Light Heavy, 4th overall.
-2005 NPA Fall Classic 1st Place Light Heavy, 1st overall.
-2005 NPA 2nd Tri-Cities Regional Light Heavy

Goal (Long):
My '09 growth season goals are to improve my hamstring sweep, back thickness and conditioning of legs.
12-15 reps per set. But how you get there changes every single workout. Get heavy weight for 3-6reps then immediatley superset or drop weight to get the additional reps to equal 12-15 reps. Going for blood volume/pump is what you should be after. How you get there can vary but will always come from intensity.12-15 reps per set. But how you get there changes every single workout. How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30-60 seconds. If I go heavy 60-120 seconds. Never intentionally longer than that.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
IFPA Natural Pro Doug Miller hands down. What a great physique and person.
Changed up my workouts 6 weeks out from the show. Looking to focus even more on intensity and bring the weights back up. Dropped my weights during my previous training schedule thinking I would bring in better conditioning. I realize now that is not the determining factor...straight...
Overall you seem to be carrying good quality muscle so I wonder what do you want to achieve with your legs?
What program are you going to do to up the quality of your legs?
Keep up the fantastic work.
Judging by the muscle and symmetry here and your excellent placing in last comp you'll be more than ready for the fall show and get that Pro Card. Best of luck with all goals. Andre
