Well the success I would say comes from being more disciplined with my diet and sticking to my workouts. I switch up my routines in the gym every 2 weeks to keep my body guessing all the time. U are definitely on the right track and don't forget that we are our biggest critiques and are the last to see change in ourselves. -GT

By circuit I mean picking like 5 different exercises and running through them each for like 20 reps and doing about 4-5 sets of that particular circuit. Glad to hear the progress is going good. -GT

I usually hit them all each day but with a concentration on upper one day, lower another day, and obliques the other hard day. Then the two lighter days its pretty much just a full ab workout with some sort of circuit I put together. How's the training coming along? -GT

I usually do them every day but only kill them 3 of those days. The other two days I stick to core and light ab training. Hope this helps bro. Let me know if you have any other questions. -GT

Glad to hear your hitting it hard man. Things are going great this way as well. Training harder each and everyday and putting on some smart size. Yeah the diet part sucks but hey its a sacrafice...haha

MAke sure your eating somewhere around 6 small meals so your never getting hungry. Also I like to keep packets of tuna and almonds around for my cravings. Another good suggestion is eating some type of gummy bears right after your workout. This helps with the cravings. Although I wouldn't do this everyday it sure helps a lot. Glad to here the training is coming along great. Keep it up....-GT

I know exactly where your comin from man...I personally usually wait and rest up at hit them extra hard the next day. After all you need rest to grow and it's not like you didn't do them at all...-GT
