How I Started:
I needed a stress releiver from everyday normal life. When I'm in the gym nothing else matters. It's just me and the iron and it usually wins but I will NEVER stop challenging it.
Why I Love It:
The rush and the boost in energy I get before, during, and after. Also the way I have control over what I want my body to look is quite empowering to me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at people who are where I want to be. I also use my mothers personal experience as my biggest motivator. She was diagnosed with breast cancer and I'll never forget the day she looked me in the eye and said, "At least this happened to somebody that is going to beat it." I use this as a staple of the fact that life could be worse and the more positive outlook you have on things the better results you will achieve.

I didn't break 100lbs until my sophmore year of high school and was always the little guy. Now that I grew up to 6'3" I am ready to see how far I can push this body of mine. My cell phone reads BE PERFECT as a reminder that nobody is perfect but if you are on a constant journey to reach perfection you have to be improving each and every day.

hey bro how are ya? I am good .. took some time off from the gym to deal with life. I am back at it this week . throwing swimming in the mix with running and lifting , still gunning for 8-10 bf as soon as possible. your looking awesome man ! chest and abs are popping
