When I Started:
Aug, 2007
How I Started:
I used to work out 6 years ago and was in the best shape of my life. I then decided to go back to school and one thing led to another. Now I weight 212 - the most I've ever weighed and it's time to get back in shape again.
Why I Love It:
I loved when I was in good shape. I had alot more confidence and weight 156 at my peak.
How I Stay Motivated:
Focus isn't an issue - problem is I can only focus on one thing at a time. Getting back in shape is a priority for me now so motivation shouldn't be an issue.
BB Accomplishments:
Lose fat - gain muscle - I'd like to do more bodybuilding and end up at 180 solid as a rock.

I want to lose all of the fat and gain all of the muscle!
Goal (Long):
I'd like to cut down to 10% bodyfat and end up at about 180 pounds bulked up. Problem is I won't stay motivated if I don't see results consistently. So losing the weight first and then bulking up will probably work for me.
Ok well - this week I've decided to quit lifting for one week due to several injuries that I've incurred and have been trying to work around but just won't go away. My back is still bothering me but not nearly as bad as it once was - until I decided to try deadlifts - lol. I've gotten some...
Cardio 5 days a week Monday through Friday after lifting. Mon/Thurs Bi/Back/lats Tues/Fri Legs Wed/Sat Chest/tri/shoulders. Basically I am lifting heavily so to prevent overtraining I separate secondary muscles and try to keep push/pulls together - so far so good.
