A few friends.. actually got me into lifting in high school and I've been at it ever since.
Why I Love It:
Everyone has their outlet in life..mine happens to be The Iron.
It works great to relieve stress and keep me focused.
It helps to reduce.. all the rage I have stored inside.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that..if I push myself through the pain and pump out those last reps.. the results will be well worth it !

hey bro, i dont actually count anything..I assume around 250 protein, 150-200 carbs and who knows how much fats I eat, forms of peanut butter, olive oil, and almonds...

Hey buddy, so i need to take some nitric, am going crazy j.K. Dude i was reading about BSN products nitric and NO-explode are the same **** but NO was a little more powerful but same Stuff.
i been gaining a average of 4-5 pounds a yr all natural for like 5 yrs now... i graduated high school around 130 i and bout 158 now .. and stayed at 6-10 % bodyfat the whole time so
chicken, mainly i get about 4-5 chicken breasts in me a day ... egg whites in the morning... lunch i have a small portion of pasta whith chicken breast... dinner is usually chicken, fish or a cheat meal lol.... i like to have some peanut butter at night keeps the metabolism rocking all nihgt in your sleep..... id say my calorie intake is around 2200 calories... owe yea alot of caffiene hahhaha like 300-600 mg a day between coffee and supps.. caffeine is the best thing ever for weight loss hahha
