I used to weigh 130lbs at 5'8 tall and needless to say I was extremely skinny! I decided I was tired of being skinny and small. I always noticed how the guys that were hulking huge commanded respect wherever they went and I decided one day I was going to be one of those guys!
Why I Love It:
It's the one thing in life that makes me feel perfect. I can't imagine anything in life that I love more then working out at the gym. Just thinking about lifting makes me smile and being in shape makes me feel great!
How I Stay Motivated:
Let's put it this way. When you put a guy who has a mild case of OCD in the gym it slowly turns from being a motivation into an obsession. I don't need motivation anymore because now working out is my obsession!
BB Accomplishments:
Going from 130lbs and skinny to 200lbs and ripped!
I started working out almost 6 years ago. When I started I was 5'8 and 130lbs. 5 years later I am 5'8 and 200lbs of lean, solid muscle. My hard work over all these years has paid off and now I would like to take it to the next level and compete in some bodybuilding shows and figure competitions.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
4%
