Overall Goal:  Right now I been hittin tha gym serious for 5 months but i still have to get to around 11% body fat.

Fit Status:  Hit up chest and biceps today. Great workout. Lifting and repping alot more than before.

How I Started:
I had actually started working out with a friend. It was kinda weak but we did get a lil results. I started hitting it hard including supplements and my resultsd have definetely increased substantially
Why I Love It:
It just gives me a good sense of well being. Besides I enjoy the feedback from friends and females.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking forward to improving everyday.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting to 11% body fat and at least losing all the flab i have on my torso.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Funny sometimes, but dont care. Barely do it but when I do, u know im givin it my all.
