I've 'weight trained' since I was in high school, but not effectively until my (now) husband started helping me modify my training techniques.
Why I Love It:
The rush I get when I am training. Oh yeah, and the results help! ;-)

Getting my healthy routine back down. Regular workouts, healthy frequent meals, and increasing my protein intake.
Goal (Long):
At this point, I want to wriggle out of my skinny-fat rut. I want to add some defining muscle mass and lose some of the "softness". After that, competition, whether 5/10k's, or trying my hand on stage.
