How I Started: Started doing pushups in my room back in the day...

Worked my way up to freeweights and haven't looked back.
Why I Love It: Staying healthy, seeing gains. Changing the way u look and feel..
How I Stay Motivated: Some ppl soup up their cars... I say soup up your body.. it`ll be with you longer..
BB Accomplishments: Accomplished my 2007 new years resolution, Worked my way to 185 from 155.

Goal (Long): 1wk goal: Gain 2 lbs.... 1month goal: Gain 5 lbs.... 3 month cycle: Gain 12.5 lbs.... - Gain 25 lbs (to 220bs)by July - Rip it to 215 lbs. of solid muscle by October 26, 2008. -Complete 300 workout. -6 pack - 30 min run
