I started working out in Jan. 06 because I was sick of being skinny. I wanted to look good for the summer. I was 6'0 ft and 150 lbs. I got a trainer and started. I fell in love with liftin weights. Then I saw a trainer getting ready for a bodybuilding show (Ronnie Coleman Classic). From then on Ive been on this road to become a pro bodybuilder someday.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it takes dedication and determination to do this. 24 hour focus its not just a hobby or job its a way of life. I love how it feels to stop the gym all eyes on you doin a big lift or how you feel after you accomplish a new max lift.
How I Stay Motivated:
Biggest thing you can do is surround yourself around people that are motivated and goin places like you. If your around people that dont understand what your doin they are just goin to bring you down. "They condemn what they do not understand". It also helps to have a significant other that wants to see you succeed as much if not more than you do.

Goal (Long):
My long term goal is the be an IFBB pro bodybuilder and be huge. I have always wanted to walk into a resturaunt or anyplace at that matter and turn heads and drop jaws. Once I get to that point I will be content with myself and from that point on I will just keep makin myself better.
Ok before anyone gets mad and starts gettin mad and yellin or even sayin im stupid for my opinions please remember these are my opinions that im entitled to. First I have to say that im very very dissappointed that instead of retiring and leaving as one of the greatest names in bodybuilding...
Ummmmmm, I could think of a million lies but mainly because I've been slacking, lack of motivation. I went to the gym yesterday and was burnt out by some cardio. I know better...just needed to get my focus back...
i saw your pics on md btw... i think your trainer posted them. you're lookin right in them; if you get bigger you gonna be str8 beast mode. that's wussup.
yea... just started recently. im hoping to get to 220 by this time next year at the latest. don't know if that's gonna happen though since that's a lot of weight to gain.

that's wussup. heavyweight is a really tough class. damn for you to get all the way up to heavyweight to compete is in itself crazy. weren't you barely light heavy the last time you got on stage?
