To put on lean muscle mass. Gaining until March 10.
Goal (Long):
I have been working in an accounting office for the past 6 years and within the last year, I have realized that sitting behind a desk, crunching numbers is not for me. I have decided to make one of my passions, fitness, my career. I attained my certification from NASM and will be trying to put on as much lean muscle as I possibly can. I am looking to enter my first competition in the beginning of next year. I want to enter the 175lb class which means I will need to be at least 190lbs before I cut. I have some good people helping me right now and I know that I will do well. Within the next five years, I hope to have won multiple BB competitions, have a spot or cover in any fitness magazine (muscle & fitness) and to build my training business.

I like training with someone to help me get that extra couple reps I wouldnt try on my own. They keep me motivated on days I am not.
