How I Started:
Got started bc I use to be good at golf as in top 20 player in Jersey. I began doing basic curls, wrist curls and sit ups in about 6th grade (12 years old). As time passed I took time off and then went back. I finally cracked into supplements my sr year of HS and it helped me put about 6lbs of muscle on and realy accelerate my game. After my sr year i lost interest with golf BUT I am now getting back into it and am almost back to where I use to be. I'm going to U Tampa in the Fall and I want to play on their team. If for that to happen I need to be in great physical shape and spend the necessary time practicing this summer. With that being said, there is no option or possible outcome except to achieve my goal. Failure is simply not an option.
Why I Love It:
Helps me keep focused and reset myself. It is a great release for me to take agression out and de-stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
Anger, drive for power, and thinking that i could still get my ass kicked and knowing I need to get better with my skill.

Goal (Long):
Get big and lean and learn more about supplements. My ultimate numbers would probably be to weigh 180 and have less than 5% bodyfat without using PH, PS, or AS. I want to get stronger, more ripped, and be able to rip the cover off a golf ball.
Yeah I always say a bad round of golf beats a good day in the office anytime. I suck but love to play when i get a chance. Good luck on making the team. And plays as much as you can while u can.
Hey bro, I guess that is good if you can get away with it. I can't look at a beer without gaining a tire around my waste. I guess that is getting older. I am going to have to take off for 6 weeks due to hernia surgery. After that I am going to try the CL stack. I have seen great results from others.
Hey man just checking in and seeing how things are going. I feel like I am making progress. I am trying to add 20 to 30 minutes of cardio daily. I ran 3 miles in 26 minutes the other day and was proud. Hope all is well.
