Keto diet
Ever since I really got focused and determined to lose weight & drop my Body Fat, so I can get SHREDDED. I have been looking hard at trying to find a diet that would fit my lifestyle & shred the best. I ended up going with the Keto diet. I love the philosophy of the diet, high fats, moderate protein, & zero/low carbs. I am a HUGE carb junkie & cutting that out was hard, but my willpower & determination helped me get passed that. I limit myself to about 20g carbs/day & I eat TONS of bacon & eggs, love BACON!! That is what is so great about this diet, I get to enjoy ALL the high fatty foods that everyone tries to avoid & see's as a plague.
