Why I like this video: MercyMe - Homesick
Yes, it IS a fitness video, believe it or not. Spiritual/mind fitness. My wife and I are separated temporarily because of the military. I listen to this video when I miss my wife. Keeps me spiritually strong until my wife and I are united again. The spirit/mind must be prepared and strong before any physical change can occur. God bless.
