I WILL LIKE TO LOSE MORE THAN 100 POUNDS AND TONE MY BODY AS WELL. SO I HAVE MORE STRENGHTS AND LESS BODY FAT. WITH MY AVERAGE WEIGHT.
Goal (Long):
I WANT TO BE 179 POUNDS THIS YEAR. I WILL LIKE TO ELIMINATE 75% OF MY CELLULITE. MY BODY FAT RIGHT NOW IS MORE THAN 45% AND I DON'T WANT TO HAVE NO BLOOD PRESSURE OR DIABETE OR HEART PROBLEMS.
Good to hear you're doing well,I've been slacking for the past mnth and started to get back into my diet and workouts,really going to try and get another 30 lbs down before the end of the year.I hope you're making some good progress!!!

THANK YOU YES WE CAN SHARE WORK OUTS INFO I STARTED WEIGHING 170 LOST 10 POUNDS ALREADY MY BODY PERCENTAGE WAS 30.6 NOW ITS DOWN TO 19.6 AND ONLY IN 1 MONTH OF WORKING OUT ITS HARD BUT VERY WELL WORTH IT. YOU CAN DO IT TOO
I am doing okay,working out 4 to 5 times a week and cardio each session,making some good progress and trying to make a change.....What are you doing to make your transformation..
