Got my first Sprint-Triathalon on June 17th, Fathers Day. Run = good. Bike = good. Swimming = ...not so good. Lol!

Posted in Working Out : Jul 08, 2011 9:02amMy last Blog was saying that I was going to try to slim up for another 4wks, well, I made it about a week. I injured my hand and foot, so I had to take a week off of lifting and running and could only do the exercise bike. Then, I had a dream that I was working out hard and seeing huge results while taking the new creatine and other supps I ordered. I woke up, realizing it was a dream, but motivated to change my workout, start trying to bulk and get a move on it. Posted in Working Out : Jun 30, 2011 7:55amRight now I am trying a few different things. I am working out each body part twice a week, short rest, and cardio everyday. This is all in the hopes that I will burn more fat, and teach my body to recover quicker, so that when I go to my bulking and I adjust to a 1min rest, I will be fully recovered. Here's the routine: 15,12,10 with 30 second rest between sets and 1min between excercises/15,12,10 are all failures.
I always warm up with some sort of boxing, a brisk 2min walk on treadmill, and 1.5min jumprope and some light stretching, all about 8-10min warmup.
