Wednesday- Legs,Obliques

Thursday-Shoulders,Abs

Friday- Back,Forearms, TVA

Saturday-Rest

Sunday- Triceps,Abs, Forearms

My cardio routine for cutting involves:

Morning: 30 minutes LISS

Post Workout: 10 Minutes Incline walk followed by 20 mins HIIT using step machine.

Evening: 20-25 minutes LISS

Alot of things keep me motivated, but the main one is that every week stepping up my training to the next level keeps me intent on my goals. Another thing that keeps me motivated is seeing people my age that have better physiques than my own and wanting to get to their standard.
