How I Started:
I got my brother who is a personal trainer to help me out and give me pointers.
Why I Love It:
I love the look of the finished product. People can go from flabby to ripped and all it takes is commitment.
How I Stay Motivated:
When ever i am soar or not wanting to work out all i do is think about the Army. And how i want my body to be at its best when i get to boot camp.

I am going into Boot camp on Jan 4 2008. And i want to be ahead of the pack. I want totally transform my body.
Goal (Long):
I want to get ripped abs, toned arms and cut legs. I have a little extra baggage around the mid section. But i want to go into Boot camp lean and cut and blow my competition away!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 35 lb

For me I always loved working out...big part of it was stopping the college drinking 24/7 scene...then i got consistent with the weights again instead of only basketball...but thank you very much and good luck.

Good luck with your goals and good luck at boot camp. I remember those days. Running was not my strong point but I got down to a 12 min. - 2 mile.
