lat spread - 200 Lbs Front Double Biceps - 215 Lbs
before summer bulking, obviously still holding bodyfat, this will always be my problem or will it? lets see
Have to try bring my legs up to speed. I made the typical beginer mistake of training uperbody only. I have only been training legs for 3months in this shot. Leg day has become my favourite day of the week.

Hey brutha thanks for the support i want my six pack out forsure. I will see you ova the summer and if ya free on the 10th October come out to the Lower Hutt to my competition I wud like the support and Matt aswell. Im sure you will get those gains. I just want to get to 6% after my competition and be ripped and then bulk up again lol

Kia ora brutha yep forsure just 3 weeks and afew days hopefully get to my goal of 10% or less really so i need to diet and train hard forsure next 3 weeks . But im still focused and hungry to achieve my goals Hows ya training going?
