Have to try bring my legs up to speed. I made the typical beginer mistake of training uperbody only. I have only been training legs for 3months in this shot. Leg day has become my favourite day of the week.

Hey brutha thanks for the support i want my six pack out forsure. I will see you ova the summer and if ya free on the 10th October come out to the Lower Hutt to my competition I wud like the support and Matt aswell. Im sure you will get those gains. I just want to get to 6% after my competition and be ripped and then bulk up again lol
