Growing up i've always been kinda big and when i was young kids did make fun of me alittle. i've always had a a lot of muscle but it's always been covered up by a layer of fat. i believe i got started lifting my 8th grade year i saw arnold on tv and he was talking about his book and well i wanted to have a body like that. i will say the first motivation was girls i wanted to have girlfriends like my friends did. but girls always looked at them before me. even then i didn't really know what i was doing so i over-trained A LOT but lucky lucky for me my body responded nicely to it. so now i have gotten really serious about training and nutrition. i recently discovered CROSSFIT and my body has responed well to that type of training...so to some up the story GIRLS is what got me started

every rep is a step closer to your goal and only you can perform that rep no one else with do it for you to me that's the biggest rush

i want to be able to put on any shirt without seeing love handle or a booda belly. i want to be able to take off that shirt at any place and any time. when people touch i want them to feel hardness not softness. i just want to be comfortable in my body. And do a standing back tuck
so a friend of mine is doing a training program that's supposed to add 50 pounds in bench press in 7 weeks so i'm looking forward to that. i'm really going to hit hard and cardio too. Things are going to have to change for me but it'll all be for the good though
how are you doing? i just got a set of dumbbells up to 90 so im going to rock out with them this winter. my belt is getting looser im not really losing weight any more.
When I was in school I was on the meal plan, and you could always hit the salad bar and usually get turkey lunch meat. Also with the internet go to the websites of the food places in area. ALmost all places have a grilled chicken sandwich. Cans of TUna, Hard Boiled Eggs, and whole wheat pasta are all great cheap food that is healthy
track your food intake, Use a program like fitday. It helps keep you in check, I do a 40% Protein 40% Carb 20% fat and do about 2000 cals 6 days a week , and usually do one cheat meal on Friday nights with the Family where I have whatever I've been craving. Also I never skip cardio always do 40 minutes after lifting weights, but I'm an old guy and do it more for the health benifits than anything else

I am doing well. trying to get back into the swing of things from a week and a half from the gym. Me and this guy on BS has an agreement going to lose 10lbs by October. Jusyt trying to encourage each other, join in if you would like. Just something to help with the weight loss. We are stronger in numbers.

All is good, I've been pushing cardio more than anything. I am more determined to lose this fat. I am pushing the weights harder as well. been lifting until I am burned out instead of reps.
