This was when I realized just how big I had gotten! Never before can I remember being this big! Boobs, gut thighs and butt!

Where art thou v-taper?? iMMA GET CHA! ...Soon! Real soon! Im excited to be down to 15.6% BF ! But Im aimin for single digits baby! 9% So far Ive been averaging a 1.5% BF drop the past 3mths~not bad. Wud be better if I cut out all my treats cheats or wateva! I need to get to 90% clean eating Ive dropped to say 70% from 80%

Me finally getting to take a progress pic end of 5th week starting 6th week in! Not to sure yet on pose, just tried to squeeze but think I should of squeezed more mind mind muscle connect. Was excited to start seeing some shape under the fat! Especially since I was concerned with how efficent I been hitting my back! Shoulders and biceps showin a lil' sumtin' sumtin'! Plan iz to carry forth attack in gym!!!!

Cant believe Im actually posting this! But thought maybe a lil name n shame ll' kick my ass into even higher gear to shed this fat and gain some lean muscle! Love that the shapes coming in! Ummmm.triceps need more attention Im thinking more reps with tricep dips and some weight? AAARRGH! I know its a false myth but have a fear of being solid muscle fattie! lol! I know the muscles under the fat its just what I have to keep reminding myself! Pectorals and shoulders leaning up from the soft look. Early days I know but..hey! its a damn start! ;-}...And yea Im doin a total Julia Roberts! Dont worry! It got waxed!!!!lol!

Not quite flexed but some shape has kicked in-NOT ENOUGH! Got fat to BURN BEYACH BURN!LOL! As you can see my lower stomach is that pain!!! I am gonna start doing this leg workout from ABC Bodybuilding article I found here on BS, and increase sets from 3 to 4! Did this workout for the first time and legs killed the whole of the weekend before!!!! But sadly they have been a little neglected i think....

What can I say? Crap digital camera, bad lighting, flash oh! and trynna flex and take picture! But was trynna show the slight shape in shoulder and upper arm, that and my abs need a bashing! Obliques funny enough have a shadow shape but its the damn 2 inches of fat stittin on em! Feelin n looin a little tighter. Notice the stack of old Oxygen issues I value to this day!lol!

I like how this shows my back progress, however once downloaded from my phone it dosent seem to of picked up all my definition ;-( Ive always been smakk in back 34 but my little gains in the v-taper and on the sides make my waist look smaller.Watchu think?

Just finished doin my back routine , really wanted to show that, but hardly was going to take my top off in the gym loo! So settled on a flex instead, u can still see some of my shoulder blade def pushin thru, and even thou its a ways to go, Ive gained some width making my waist look even smaller-yea! Lets get it poppin!

Was difficult trynna take these pics and flex whist holding a mirror in one hand phone in other and looking into back full legnth mirror-then "flex!"! But yeah shoulders traps and lats lookin broader n more defined givin me my v-taper! Wana go from a 28 to 27"inch waist for short term goal and go from there.

Traps comin thru n lats but still, down 3% bodyfat to 17.7 within 1 mth! But need to get down lower! Diet and consistency with weights..p.s dont laugh at my sleeping hair cap! ;-}

I had a problem keeping the left leg flexed whilst twisting round on my tippy toes, trying to flex my calves to take this picture! But I still managed to show off the one! I think they are starting to shape up well! Thanks to recent Consistency and hiking up my weights!

This picture was taking at a b"bloated" time but excuses aside , Im cycling my carbs to try and starve my body fat down-especially off my stomach! I was see that 6 pack I kno i got it under the hood! My glute and hams are tying in nice, I like the sweeps Im developing and u cant see it but my hip flexor's got a lilttle indent between it and my glute! Damn, shady bathroom lighting!

I can feel my body fat has gone down ,and my obliques are showin some heads but trouble spot is lower abs! Imma just stick to my eating clean, this has been the best week in a long time minus my cheat at the beg. of the wk. Im trynna keep the cheat only for when i really need it,and then i do double up afterwards on cardio.

Unfortunately once again the lighting in my room is not the best and my calves are overshadowed, so hard to capture how well they are shapin up but you can get an idea from the shapes. My quads and hams have def firmed up! But its back to burning the fat before I can even think about seein cuts!
