How I Started:
I was was always active growing up as a US Air Force Brat. I played competitve Volleyball- my Love!!, Cheerleading- my other passion! and Basketball. Then Shazam! Moved to Britian at age 14 and the culture shock of changing schools-well I left behind alot and failed to fill the void. I have always looked ok/good in my clothes but who wants mediocre?? I WANT FIERCE,FHM! LOL! No, but really, I think it was Demi Moore in G.I Jane with the one hand push ups and Gosh! Whats her name?? Linda Hamilton in Terminator!! I just remember those killa' biceps!! Ok Ive drifted off, but basically for the first time ever Im giving the dedication and attention to my body with the aim of not just to loose weight but become a complete sexy lean machine!!
Why I Love It:
The attention needed, focus, the rush of endorphines, the fact I feel tighter under the flab and can just envision the bit of shape that will come in after 4 weeks! You have to be able to envision the finish piece!..and stay motivated!
How I Stay Motivated:
Flipping through old Oxygen and Muscle Fitness for Her Issues, a old friend I bumped into in the gym whos become a bit of gym buddy, Remembering what my target and that its a lifestyle choice and once hat once Ive reached my target the accomplishment it will be to just maintain it. Thinking of my representing my design label to the fullest! Hot clothes= Hot Body!
