Gain 15lbs of lean muscle by September 1st & maintain a low body fat percentage.
Goal (Long):
I'm the skinny guy. Always have been. From age 14-22 I've weighed between 135-150lbs. 170lbs is trhe heaviest I've ever been... which didn't last long. Being slim doesn't bother me, but I decided to challenge myself & stay in the gym from now on. My overall goal is to transform from "skinny kid" to "Fitness Model". I always joke and say I'm trying to get "SWOLE" "BIG" "HUGE" etc. But the truth is, I just want to live a healthier lifestyle, compete harder in sports, & turn a few more heads when I walk by.

He he, alright. Well, what time you talking about in the morning though? If its early enough, I could meet up with you there, do you workout with you, and geez, get a good postworkout meal in and head on to the rest of my errands.

Are you for real... the guys at your gym need to chill out. That is a damn shame they act like that, LOL. As of late I have only been able to go 1-2 days a week. My goal is to make it there 2-3. I have never been the type to hit the gym 4-6 days a week.
I don't scocialize cause i am in the zone, LOL. My ipod is on and i am just busy working out in my own little world. People ask question or make random comments and if i haer them i answer, LOL. I go to a all womens gym. and yes i am kinda shy until i get to know a person after that god only knows what will come out of my mouth, LOL.

That Gold's in Macon closed down most likely due to its old steroid issue. :-( Is the fitness xtreme near that old one?
