Well I wanted to go back to college and one day have a family. I also didn't like what the drugs were doing to me and my life. Unfortunately after I quit I was searched at my home by the dea and 16 months later I was arrested a few weeks ago. I have been natural 16 months and feel amazing but will have to deal with the mistake I made in the past! Thanks for asking! You look amazing!

i only do one warm up set 2 if im cold i would go like 8,6,5 reps heavier each time that should do the trick
