Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): I want to gain muscle and lose body fat by the summer of 2009.
Goal (Long): All my life I wanted to lift weights and be in good physical condition. I want to have a six pack and a good muscle size. I also would like to weigh between 195 & 205 with 10% to 12% bodyfat or whatever fits the physique. I'm striving to reach this goal by summer of 2009.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%

Wanting to and then being serious enough to do what is required are two different things. If you really want to lose weight and get into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program. I was able to lose over 50 lb’s going from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. If you challenge yourself you may be amazed at the changes that your body will make.
