I want to gain muscle and lose body fat by the summer of 2009.
Goal (Long):
All my life I wanted to lift weights and be in good physical condition. I want to have a six pack and a good muscle size. I also would like to weigh between 195 & 205 with 10% to 12% bodyfat or whatever fits the physique. I'm striving to reach this goal by summer of 2009.
Wanting to and then being serious enough to do what is required are two different things. If you really want to lose weight and get into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program. I was able to lose over 50 lb’s going from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program.
