How I Started:
well i boxed for 3 years and was jus ripped and small.but after awhile i started messin around with my dads old concrete weights.not knowong wat to do,i jus worked my chest and arms.i prolly over worked them but it was fun.then i started reading about it n then i got my first 100 percent whey and i loved every bit of it after i started seein the small results.
Why I Love It:
i love the way it makes me feel during and after im done lifting.plus a good way to get rid of bad emotions.one day my kid will be lifting with me.
How I Stay Motivated:
knowing theres someone my age and size lifting harder than me.
