How I Started:
well i boxed for 3 years and was jus ripped and small.but after awhile i started messin around with my dads old concrete weights.not knowong wat to do,i jus worked my chest and arms.i prolly over worked them but it was fun.then i started reading about it n then i got my first 100 percent whey and i loved every bit of it after i started seein the small results.
Why I Love It:
i love the way it makes me feel during and after im done lifting.plus a good way to get rid of bad emotions.one day my kid will be lifting with me.
How I Stay Motivated:
knowing theres someone my age and size lifting harder than me.

THE WAY I LOOK NOW COMPARED TO 3 YEARS AGO.IM SO STUNNED HOW SMALL I WAS.

this is 2 n half years ago when i started out on concrete weights.eating bad but still supplementing.my weight was bout 150
this is my most current pic.i have benn eating right and supplementing good.my weight is 179 pounds.

hey man. I ended up addin a new progress pic. I guess for now we will just have to "compete" throu pictures! I just had a camera phone but ill put up some better quality pics when i take my camera to the gym.
