I lifted for football and baseball in HS, slacked off after I got to college and didn't like the way my body started to look so I picked it back up, during my last 2 years college I lifted pretty consistently but my nutrition was crap, so now that I'm graduated I'm trying to focus on nutrition and diet more.
Why I Love It:
I love watching my body change and I love the way it makes me feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
My main motivation is seeing how much progress I've made since I started and knowing that if I stop I risk losing it all.

Increase my cardio endurance, complete some 5k races, and spare as much muscle as possible.
Goal (Long):
My long term goal is to maintain a reasonable bodyfat (under 15%) while increasing my LBM. I've always had a tendency to gain too much fat so I really need to concentrate on keeping my diet as clean as possible and staying away from the junk. My long term goal is to be around 220 lbs at under 10% bf.
Its pretty open at the moment and it wouldnt be a perminant thing... more so a holiday to test the waters first and if i like it go through the processes of getting a working visa. I have always wanted to holiday in the US so im very excited about the prospect of heading over :)

Hey Brian!! Thanks so much for checkin in on me. Lifting has gone on the back burner a bit b/c my schedule is so crazy, but I'm sticking with diet + cardio, and I'm looking forward to kickin it up a notch in August. When's your next 5k? Take care! :)
bodybuilding is not a hobby its a lifestyle. for true gains you have to train hard and stick with it i cant stand it when people wanna go to the gym with me and when we get there they get mad at me for pushing them too hard....... so if youre not going to train hard dont trail at all.......

ah thanks, i think ill give it a go next time instead of animalpak stuff.Im using GM and thats pretty cool. Im tempted to try blackhole when im older just to see what its like lol.
