I've just recovered from an accident and during recovery i lost all my gains in weight, strenght, and power. And now i have to improve myself quicker and massively for that i will be going through superfeaturing workout, precisely speaking harder workout. And yes now i'm well enough to fight it all.... hw r u doing....
