Contest prep for 2010 begins Nov 28, 2010!!!!

Working my way back to 270 of HARD LEAN MUSCLE!!

So, my jaw has been healed for a while now and I've been working out and running. I've only gained back 5lbs, but I'm maintaining good muscle mass and deffination as well as strength for my wieght. Thanks for all the words of encouragement and advice
