Goal (Long): Gaining muscle while losing fat and staying around my weight. A body fat goal of 12% is my target for now. I quit smoking and doing everything "bad for you" and work towards staying this way for the rest of my life.

Heh, thanks. Takes a lot of work on my form to elongate them, but it has been worth it. Should get some pictures up for yourself.

I resistance train probably around 90 minutes 5-6 days a week, along with 60-120 minutes of bball or football per day, and 30 minute stretching session everyday.. I've been working out for 8-9 years consistently, with never more than a 3 week break. Cycles of what?
