Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I would like to add about 20 pounds of muscle. I currently weigh in around 190 pounds of dirty muscle. Would love to clean that up a bit and add some clean weight.
Goal (Long): Currently I am performing the 5x5 program. I am hoping to add about 20 pounds of lean muscle. I have noticed some decent gains but not where I need to be. The hardest thing is eating clean. For some reason I never use to like choclate but since doing about three protein shakes a day I have acquired a strong affection for choclate and sweets in general.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 12%
