How I Started:
Stopped playing softball and flag football and needed something to satisfy the athlete in me.
Why I Love It:
The biggest thing is the challenge it presents. There are never two days alike and you get out what you put in.

Looking in the mirror and knowing I am not where I want to be phyiscally.

Goal (Long):
Currently I am performing the 5x5 program. I am hoping to add about 20 pounds of lean muscle. I have noticed some decent gains but not where I need to be. The hardest thing is eating clean. For some reason I never use to like choclate but since doing about three protein shakes a day I have acquired a strong affection for choclate and sweets in general.
