Well, to start off, my job is demanding and I just came from a job field in which I done tons of cardio workouts (Airborne Infantry. I guess what I am trying to say is that I am built for speed and I am wanting to sacrifice the speed for strength. In my new job field I deal with a lot of crazy people and I need the "mass" to put them in check. Don't get me wrong, I am able to handle business if I need too, the "mass" would be nice to have around though! So, I want to get up to 180-190 pounds of solid, lean muscle. I would like to have the "Men's Health" body. I can do it, I have achieved many things in life.
I can definitely see a difference. I have gained about 10 lbs. in the past two weeks. I have been eating like crazy (good stuff of course), taking my shakes, and hitting the gym hard.
