I found, after spending way to much money, the basics are still the best.
1) multi - vitamin
2) fish oil or flax seed
3) beef aminos by Universal. They just work well for me.
1) a good pre workout when needed for those not so motivated days.
2) creatine on bulking phase. (sometimes) not so much any more.
3) a protien shake when I want a sweet snack. keeps me from eating junk.
