I found, after spending way to much money, the basics are still the best.

Everyday-

1) multi - vitamin

2) fish oil or flax seed

3) beef aminos by Universal. They just work well for me.

Sometimes-

1) a good pre workout when needed for those not so motivated days.

2) creatine on bulking phase. (sometimes) not so much any more.

3) a protien shake when I want a sweet snack. keeps me from eating junk.

G2bA Last couple of weeks I've had a shake for breakfast, starting back on real food today. Egg whites, banana, oats with blueberries and honey.

bilt2last Hey man, your stats are very close to mine... height, weight, etc. except age... I am 9 years older. Your progress photos look great. You have really gotten much more defined from your first to second photo. Congratulations. To what do you attribute your success? Do you focus more on diet or working out? What is your breakdown between weight training and aerobics? I participated in my first triathlon in April and training for it I drops a few pounds and got a pretty good six pack going.
