When I Started:
Jun, 2004
How I Started:
I'll keep this brief. As a child ages 9-13 I was always picked on for being overweight. Then when puberty hit I became very skinny (5'7 1/2", 155 lbs) so at 18 I decided to bulk up a bit. I gained about 20 lbs over 3 years all natural with only whey protein as a supplement. I always said that I wouldn't do any heavy lifting/supplements until I was 21 which is when I really started to up my training (still not very serious). I guess I didn't really get serious until the beginning of February 08 when I hit 22. I started at 195 lbs with a 22% approx bf. My goal is to stay around 190-200 with a 12% bf.

Death Metal is my favorite supplement
its cool man, devorment is one of my favorite bands. check out their first album molesting the decapitated. its so ****ing brutal. check out abominable putridity and amputated repugnance... strait ****ing nasty... love it.
You're welcome. As for the quads, when I started I weighed 130, in the rain, with legs to match. I used Starr's 5x5, every Winter, to build strength, which I would then apply to a higher-rep hypertrophy-type routine, and build mass. I did this for 11 years, until I was no longer able to get much out of progression routines, due to my "maturity". You're young, and smart, and can carry this thing to who knows where. Train hard, and train smart.
not bad, the trainings been great, as far as the band weve played some sick ****ing shows latley. one with rose funeral and the other with years spent cold. dude, if you havent checked out those bands take a minute and scope um, i think you would like um.
hows everything with you?
