I'll keep this brief. As a child ages 9-13 I was always picked on for being overweight. Then when puberty hit I became very skinny (5'7 1/2", 155 lbs) so at 18 I decided to bulk up a bit. I gained about 20 lbs over 3 years all natural with only whey protein as a supplement. I always said that I wouldn't do any heavy lifting/supplements until I was 21 which is when I really started to up my training (still not very serious). I guess I didn't really get serious until the beginning of February 08 when I hit 22. I started at 195 lbs with a 22% approx bf. My goal is to stay around 190-200 with a 12% bf.

well, i kinda took a lil time off cuttin. giving my body a rest. just been maintaining. still eating clean most of the time, just not being toooo strict. my weight has stayed the same, but a lot of my friends say im still looking leaner and leaner every day, so i wont complain. :)
