How I Started:
I guess it was genetic inate, as a child I always liked He-man action figures, movies like Conan the Barbarian, watching wrestling,Superman comics, virtually everything for me revolved around being strong and fast tough a fighter, thats what I could relate to, and aspired to become that.Growing older I found that I had a real good natural build, with an advanced proclivity for putting on size, so I guess it was a natural progression, people thought I was doing weights when I was only doing push-ups and sit-ups.
Why I Love It:
Alpha male, love the feeling.Sometimes I swear I can feel myself growing!
How I Stay Motivated:
I like when people stare at me. Think like the day you lay off,you miss the pay off. You get out what you put in!I'm pretty sure there's a sponsership/endorsement right around the corner!

Went in today with one thing on my mind, Get jacked and shredded!, Its bicep day, starting out with moderate weight with high reps pyramiding up, resting only 30sec between sets, aiming to keep the burn, and boy did it burn.I try to continuously massage the bicep between sets to get some of...
