How I Started:
I started working out my senior year in high school because I was doing cross country and thought it would help me out. My goal was to get stronger. I was pretty skinny too so I also wanted to get bigger.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it requires discipline and mental focus. When I work out, I'm in my own world. I enjoy seeing changes in myself. Working out makes me feel good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set goals. Goals are really important to have when you work out because when you achieve a goal you feel great. Then that pushes you do to more.
