Overall Goal: Like so many others I got sidetracked over the holidays and am having to begin again. My 2nd half of fire class ends March 31 so I have been busy keeping up with that. My legs have kept their shape as you can see from the recent photos I have added

Goal (Long):
My BFP is still higher than I would like, by about 10 points and would like to get that down and add definition to my arms and bring my waist in about 4 inches. That would be awesome. My body type is genetically athletic, even if I don't work out at all. Just turned 46 in December so I have to be careful about what I eat moreso now that ever. We'll see by summer how things go.
My training is...well...hmmm - idk! LOL! I'm in my 5th wk of doing P90X and it's been GREAT for stretching, yoga and plyometrics. BUT, I don't think it's been so great for building the muscle I want so I'm considering changing mid-stream. Your legs are GORGEOUS!!!!
Hi Fyrgirl,
Thanks for the comment. I am averaging about 1-2 pounds a week of weight loss. The motivation was hard to get started, but seems to be sticking around :)
Hope you are having a great Labor day weekend.
