Goal (Long):
I am soon to upgrade my certificatation in the fire service by completing a required course, a program which is both academic and physical. I am now 44 y/o and it is imperitive that I continue to increase my endurance and strength if I am to meet this goal. Failure is not an option. It's up to me... I will succeed - :-)

Thanks for the comment. I am averaging about 1-2 pounds a week of weight loss. The motivation was hard to get started, but seems to be sticking around :)
