How I Started:
I started with Body for life in 2005 when I was in my last year of school. Successfully, I los 30 lbs and finished at a weight of 170 lbs from 200 lbs. In doing so, I was introduced into the world of bodybuilding and weight training and havent looked back since.
Why I Love It:
I love the personal challenge each and everytime I walk into the gym. Forcing yourself to push out 2-3 more reps to reach 12 when your body is telling you to stop at 10. Its my time when Iam at the gym. Iam able to focus 100% on myself and nothing else.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching other bodybuilders, both pro and amatuer, progress in their own individual ways. I picture myself on stage one day winning a show, sliced and diced at a mean 210 lbs. I try to surround myself with positiv epeople who appreciate what I do and Why I do it.

Goal (Long):
Currently backpacking in Australia, orginally from Canada. Going to be in Adelaide for the next 3 months and have decided that I lost too much muscle and put on too much fat in the last 6 months Travelling across New Zealand and Australia. Put it on myself, to get ripped in the next 2 months with a program thats based around 3 main points. one) Diet will consist of low complex carbs and high protien intake. Fiber ill be an important aspect as well. Two) Weight training will be intense and bried. No more that 45 minuets per sesssion. Training spilt will be as follows: Day 1- Chest/ Tri's. Day 2- Shoulders. Day 3-Back/Bi's. day 4- legs. Three) Cardio is varied throughout the weeks. On Training days, Cardio will be 40-60 minuets of low intensity up hill track work. On non-training days, it will be 20 minuets of High intensity interval running.

I want to GAIN 10 lb
