How I Started:
Whoa guh to the floor guh!!! Drop it down low & pick it up slow! It's time to get CRUNK o go home. That's my motto..(cheezy I know.. but it makes me laugh..lol) I got started hitting the gym really hard when my fiance did. We would go to the gym together a couple of times, and then I would go only a few times a week, while he would go pretty much every day. I started noticing all of his results and it motivated me to work harder on myself. Now I am a regular at the gym.. just gotta step it up a notch each week till I get to where I wanna be.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel good about myself and it helps to relieve stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
I listen to my ipod. I also depend on my fiance for emotional and mental support.... if I ever get down, and feel like I am in a rut when it comes to seeing results, I can always depend on him to make me feel mo betta.
BB Accomplishments:
I haven't seen much on a scale... however, I have seen more definition in my arms and I feel like my pants are too big..lol.. they always say muscle weighs more than fat.. =)
I am sure there will be more accomplishments to come. Just stay tuned.

Goal (Long):
I want to lose weight and be tight. I wanna not only feel that I have abs, but see them as well. I wanna be able to run a mile every day. I wanna be able to look in the mirror and be pround of visible results. I am a 5ft 3in 165lb girl at 21. I wanna be a 5' 3" 130lb girl with visible muscle.

Rose - hey that was my Grandma's name! Thank you for your kind words. Advice?? What works for me is Visualization, support, education, a better you in the end. Good luck on your upcoming marriage. You will look smokin hot. Create a Visualization board on what you want to look and feel like on your wedding day - do it! It works.
My brother n law worksout there sometimes, but I don't have a membership! I may not be able to compete, I may have surgery tomorrow but I'm waitin to find out :(
