How I Started:
In plateaus of seriousness, from high school through grad school; real consistent discipline kicked in around 1984 or so. Used trainers since 2006.
Why I Love It:
I love the consistency of no matter how worthlessly the World seems to waste my time & energy, my investment in myself w/ BBing is consistent & progressive.
How I Stay Motivated:
Lust. Looking at (mostly) men in the gym, looking at my own progress. Hope that more guys with muscle may show some interest in me.
BB Accomplishments:
#1 goal/achieve: I have not seriously injured myself at age 49! #2: I can BARELY see my abs now relaxed. Bodyfat down to 20.2% (was a fat kid). #3: Pecs looking much bigger. #4: Food remains #1 CHALLENGE - can't eat enough.

The only immediate pre-transformation photo I have. I think I weighted 240 #. Little did I know ALL my testosterone was converting to estrogen, & may have been for years! LIfted for 30 years prior with little effect but constant pain & inflammation.

Goal (Long):
FAR more than simply sexuality, I have painfully longed "to have & to hold" big muscle since a small child. Beyond sex, it is psychological, emotional, & bizarrely, seems predestined, it is so strong. Somehow I NEED muscle to heal, probably from childhood alcoholic jock-ish parental abuse, & jock prep-school entrapment, outing, & abuse. Related to (masculine) self-esteem, feeling safe & WORTHY of love, this is an INJURED HUMAN-oriented ad, not a sexual one. You cannot perform a 100% sexuality-ectomy & still have a whole human-oriented ad (just a castrated, part of a human!) My REAL goals for muscle are to to attract a male bodybuilder to settle down in permanent (gay) wedded bliss with a bodybuilder intellectual (me), in a lifestyle of mutual empowerment, healing & exploration. The bigger the better, particularly pecs. Oh, & although cheap as Hell (except restaurants & travel) , I'm obscenely, ridiculously rich. My body: Bigger is better.

10-20 because my trainer tells me to.
