I have never been consistant with my training since high school, so I never stayed the course and never got serious. Being deployed was a good time to focus on myself with no distractions.
Why I Love It:
It's my release.. When I workout, nothing else matters. I love it and the results that it brings.
How I Stay Motivated:
The results! Also, when other people notice that's a plus. Many people inspire me.. If they can do it, I damn sure can too.
BB Accomplishments:
None, just want to get in great shape and feel good about myself, my nutrition and my physical fitness.

Goal (Long):
I want to bench twice my body weight and I gain about 10-15 lbs of lean muscle while bringing my body fat percentage down to 6-7%. Also, I want to build an evenly distributed body and focus on everything and build as a whole.
This guys 39 yrs old, my height and maybe at most 10 lbs heavier but his hard work, commitment and dedication has earned him his phenominal phisique. Great work Daniel.
In 3 years Justin made his complete transformation.. At 21 yrs old, he stands 5'6 and just under 160 lbs, -my size essentially when you compare height and weight, but AMAZING in every aspect even compared to those twice his size. This is the end result that I am striving for... Great work Justin.
In the mornings, Mon, Wed and Fri, I do circuit training, in the mornings of Tues and Thurs, I do total body
workouts.
In the evenings Mon- Fri, I do target muscle groups.
Hello BFF :) I'm doing just fine...wrote a blog earlier today that you'll have to check out! Not a whole lot new...tonight is weights for me :) Won't be doing anything too special for New Year's...maybe a movie though or something like that. How's everything been around there today?

LOL Well I'd say that's a pretty good bench for being "scrawny and skinny" :) I think your plans sound good...glad you found someone to motivate you! When am I gonna find one of those people? LOL All the other girls at the gym use the little 5-pound dumbbells, do yoga, and waste away on the stair steppers LOL
LOL Yeah, it's good to rest :) So tonight at the gym I did squats at 120...three sets of 12...pretty neat because I started with just the bar about two months ago :) How'd your workout go...yesterday?

Haha, thanks for reminding me of my hard work BFF :) I'm a perfectionist so I have a tendency to forget about it all and get going on something better LOL Yeah, I'm gonna have to give it some more thought...thinking I might loose a few more pounds and then gain it back in muscle. Dieting any longer sounds horrible but I know how to do it LOL We'll just have to see :)
I'm doing fine today...kinda tired though cuz I didn't sleep well for a few weeks and I think it finally caught up with me! Just sticking with this diet...it's a daily battle LOL Trying to decide if I wanna put on some new muscle (gain weight) or not :) So what are you gonna do next now that you've reached your target weight?
