Dad got me a gym membership. I wasn't too into it to begin with but it grew into one of my favorite hobbies!
Why I Love It:
I love the atmosphere in the gym. Everybody is there (for the most part) for the same reason. I love knowing that every rep is transforming me into a healthier person.
How I Stay Motivated:
Every little bit of progress...whether it's more reps, more weight or the small changes in my body. The compliments from people are huge motivators for me.
BB Accomplishments:
Right now, it's dropping from a 50 inch waist to a loose 42.

I've shed quite some weight but I've gotten really bored with cutting/cardio. I love lifting heavy and am going to focus on that for a while
I'd love to compete in Highland games and/or Strongman competitions too.
