DO WORK!!!
More muscle size aand decreased body fat.
Goal (Long):
I have recently lost 61 lbs and have been able to add some muscle size. I want to increase what I have significantly and begin the cutting process. While I have no aspirations to to compete, I would like to look as though I could. I'm 5'8" and currently weigh 192. I am not so much concerned about my weight as growing the size of the muscles. I of course want the show muscles (Bi's, Tri's and Chest)to be impressive, but I want to have balance. Wide back, thick shoulders, huge traps, massive forearms, big legs and calves and a nice bubble but LOL. I'm goaling myself to start seeing some real changes by fall.
In additon to having an incredible conditioning and an aamazing physique, Steve is also a very positive and uplifting person. We are friends on another site and he has been nothing but encouraging and helpful to me. That type of kindness can't help but inspire me. not only to keep improving physically, but to help others if I am able to. Giving of one's knowledge and time is truly a wonderful thing. Thanks Steve!!!

Hey Barry. Nice work!! It's an honor to be an inspiration to you. Keep pushing hard!! Going after your goals is just the beginning. Go after them, reach them, then push past them and shatter them. Don't stop!!
Good weekend to u!! I know it's hard...gotta visualize and then block out everyone and everything else...then methodically tear into the part in question....don't stop till it CAN'T go anymore....all you can do is...all u can do!!:))
