I plan to work out the right formula to keep my lean body mass and stay between 3-6% body fat.
I'm in the process of buliding my glutes, quadriceps, Chest, deltoids and triceps brachii.
To give my body a better all round shape.
If any one has any advice for me please do so I'm all ears.

thanks for teh tips ...doing ok man 5 days in the gym with weights and cardio two off. its a struggle sometimes but i love it. seeing some serious change I think . check out my pics I would love your comments . how am I doing? how are you ?

your right on with the diet remark man!!! i had to triple my cardio for 2 weeks one time, whew, my knees still hurt from all the jump rope to get that crap off hahaha
