How I Started:
I was training six days on splits and then met someone who competes and kicked it up a notch.
Why I Love It:
It is a spiritual rush for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
It begins with eating clean and having clean motives in my workouts. As long as I stay in my skin and don't focus on the superficial deal, motivation comes naturally. Oh, and having a pic of a figure chick on my frig helps.
